The Daily Office
The Daily Office is an ancient way to pray. It marks the hours of the day, the passing of time. It calls for God's people to stop and pray during the busiest times of our day; which asks for us to be intentional.
Lectio Divina
Lectio Divina is a slow, contemplative praying of the Scriptures. As we practice Lectio Divina our relationship with the Father deepens as we discover his deep love for us.
